Terms & Conditions

Payments & Registration

• All fees are by monthly subscription only, via Class For Kids.
• Taken on the 1st of each month, covering that month's classes.
• No cash, cheque, or BACS payments accepted.
• Fees are spread over 12 months, based on 40 weeks of classes.
• No refunds for missed classes, holidays, or illness.
• Booking is only confirmed once payment is received.

2. Trials & Cancellations

• 2-week trial available (non-refundable, one per dancer).
• To cancel, please give 4 weeks' written notice by email.
• Final payment will be taken based on when notice is given.
• Trial dancers are not subject to notice period.
• Unpaid balances must be cleared before returning.

3. Class Attendance & Conduct

• Correct uniform and footwear must be worn.
• Hair must be tied back.
• No phones, social media, or filming in class.
• Parents may not stay during class (except Mini Stars or by prior agreement).
• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal without refund.

4. Illness & Closures

• Do not attend class if unwell within 48 hours.
• If we cancel due to teacher illness, a make-up class will be offered.
• No refunds for cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or low numbers.

5. Health & Safety

• J Fusion is not liable for injury or loss during class.
• Medical conditions must be declared at sign-up and updated as needed.
• Some physical contact may occur during instruction.

6. Photos & Communication

• Tell us if you do not want your child photographed for marketing.
• Updates sent via email, social media, and Class For Kids.
• Please check spam/junk folders regularly.

7. Referral Reward

• Refer a friend and get a £20 Amazon voucher.
• They must give your name at sign-up and stay for 3 months after trial.
