J Fusion or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
4 weeks written notice is required to cancel a space at any of our classes. A final payment will be taken on the 1st of the next calendar month dependent on when you cancel. Children can still attend during notice period. Failure to make final payment means that you cannot return until outstanding balances are cleared. Notice period is not applicable to dancers who have selected the 2 week trial.
Trial periods are non refundable and non transferable. Trial periods are limited to 1 trial per dancer.
J Fusion Dance reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour/bad language to students or teachers

Fees are now pro rata and are taken on the 1st of every month. Our payments are worked out over a 40 week period and are divided over a 12 month period meaning they must be paid every month. Payments are taken every month of the year.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Classes will run through all school holidays unless we have contacted you to advise that we are closed. In any weeks during the year.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances any fees paid for classes, shows, camps are non refundable and non transferable.
If J Fusion has to cancel sessions due to teacher illness and no cover teacher can be found. J Fusion will offer a make-up session.
If J Fusion has to cancel sessions due to bad weather, emergencies or low numbers. Refunds will not be given.
Mobile phones, social media and recordings within the studio by students will not be tolerated any filming within class hours without J Fusion's permission will result in removal of Student involved.
Dancers must turn up to class with a change of trainers and or all dance shoes required for that class.
Dancers must turn up to class in appropriate clothing to dance. J Fusion clothing/uniform must be worn at classes and all hair tied back.
Parents and guardians cannot stay in the studio during class time with the exception of Mini Stars (my grown up and me) classes - where parents will participate with children. If a parent wishes to stay during the first class, this is at the discretion of the teacher prior to the class beginning.
